Do you sell off-plan and ready homes in Mombasa?

Yes. We list both ready-to-move-in homes and off-plan projects in areas such as Nyali, Tudor, Kizingo, the CBD, Majengo and Bamburi.

How do your payment plans work?

You pay a deposit of your choice (minimum shown on each property) and the balance is spread equally over the building period with 0% interest. No bank loan is needed. Final figures are confirmed in your sale agreement.

Can I see the property before I pay?

Yes. Site visits are free. Book on any property page or WhatsApp us and we will confirm a date and time.

Do the homes come with title deeds and approved plans?

Our projects are sold with approved plans and title documentation. Ask us for the documents of any property you are interested in before you decide.

Can people living outside Kenya buy from you?

Yes. Many buyers in the diaspora enquire through WhatsApp and arrange viewings through family or a representative. Contact us and we will explain the process.
